You represent and warrant that, if you purchase anything from us, (i) all payment information you provide is true and complete, (ii) any charges you incur will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices quoted, including any applicable taxes, including any applicable customs duties, and (iv) if your initial payment method is incorrect, you will continue to pay the applicable charges, including any surcharges we incur as a result of the unrecognized payment.

9) Shipping methods

The goods are generally dispatched after receipt of payment (plus the specified production/delivery time). Deliveries are usually made by Austrian Post. Depending on the size of the order, as a small parcel or insured parcel within Austria.

The prices stated on the product pages do not include VAT due to the small business regulation.
The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

10) Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties incurred. The buyer is solely responsible for any delays caused by customs.

11) Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform jedida.lefevre(at)gmail.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. letter, e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

12) Returns

Purchased goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyers bear the shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In the event of a return, please notify us BEFORE shipping at jedida.lefevre(at)gmail.com.
